Two Freely Falling Objects with Different X-velocities
Both objects initially have zero vertical velocity. The blue object has a non-zero initial horizontal velocity while the red object has a zero initial horizontal velocity. However, as they fall, both objects vertical positions are the same. The initial horizontal velocity of the blue object does not affect its vertical motion.
